Package Terms and Conditions:
Massage packages are flexible, allowing massage sessions to be broken up into 30, 60, 90, or 120 minute appointments. Packages can be shared as much or as little as you like. Package pricing cannot be combined with any other discounts. Any unused portion of package purchases will be forfeited upon expiration. The three hour series expires three months from the purchase date, and the six hour series expires six months from the purchase date.

Deep Tissue Massage:
Used for: Pain Relief, Pain Management, Restoring Range of Motion, and Restoring Performance.
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve tight muscles below the surface. The practitioner may use his or her elbows and forearms to apply deeper pressure in order to get below the superficial muscles in the body, providing relief from pain. Some people actually find deep tissue massage to be very relaxing. Back to top.
Hot Stone Massage:
Used for: Relaxation, and Stress Reduction.
Smooth basalt stones are heated and then used to massage away stress. The therapeutic effects of heat are applied as the therapist uses the stones as an extension of her hands. The heated stones induce a deep relaxation and provide a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering. Back to top.
Intra-Oral Massage:
Used for: Pain Relief, Pain Management.
Intra-Oral massage is a manual therapy technique applied to the muscles inside and outside of the mouth. Non-latex gloves are worn by the practitioner when work is performed inside the mouth. This treatment can be effective for people with TMJ disfunction, jaw tension, headaches, tinnitus, muscle strains from dental procedures, and other head and neck ailments. Intra-oral massage can be intense, but is not necessarily painful. Back to top.
Myofascial Release:
Used for: Pain Relief, Pain Management, Restoring Range of Motion, Restoring Performance, and Scar Tissue Reduction.
Myofascial Release uses specific techniques to stretch and break up, or remove, restrictions in the body's connective tissues (fascia). It can help your body heal properly from injuries, restore range of motion, and break up scar tissue. It is a very gentle and slow technique. This work is best for focused areas since it is not possible to use this technique for full body work within a 60 or 90 minute time frame. Many people fall asleep while receiving this work, waking to a more balanced body structure. Back to top.
Prenatal Massage:
Used for: Relaxation, Stress Reduction, and to Ease Discomfort.
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Pillows and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. You must be past the first trimester and having a healthy pregnancy to receive massage. Back to top.

Reiki is a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this healing method, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which they believe allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium. Back to top.

Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques such as stretches, range of motion, soft tissue release, etc., all of which are designed to help restore your body's agility and strength. Swedish Massage:

Massage oil or lotion is applied with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create many other health benefits such as increased circulation, decreased anxiety, improved sleep, etc. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. Thai Massage, (Thai Yoga Massage):

Thai yoga massage is a full-body massage performed on a floor mat, with both parties in loose comfortable clothes. The practitioner uses his or her hands, feet, arms, and legs to guide the recipient into various yoga postures.
